Aren't YouTube comments bad anyways? It's like 4chan all over again: the elitist attitude without knowing exactly why they hate this and that and overly depend on public opinion rather than their own.

It always just depends on the companies and how much effort they are willing to translate everything. You sometimes get your not-so-well dubbing (Chaos Wars and Castle Shikigami for instance) and some good ones like what you mentioned. Game-wise, unless the game's playability focuses a lot on paying attention to the dubbing, it really shouldn't matter, as long as the game is enjoyable.
