I can't believe no one's mentioned you yet: Hunter's Moon and its companion piece is one of THE defining fics. Superbly written, effortless worldbuilding, heart-pumping action, and excellent characterisation.

Spring Fever also makes me grin everytime I read - especially the scene with Kakashi questioning Team Seven over ramen!

I <3 damn near everything you've written. Naruto, One PIece, origific. (You made me read Gundam fic, and I've never seen the show!)

I love the way you manage to write Kakashi and Iruka as competent adult men, and how three-dimensional their relationship is, even around the restraints of their lives as shinobi. Hunter's Moon is one of the fic that I shove at people when they tell me they're not really sure they get this whole pairing thing, and one I re-read when I'm having a terrible day.

You are a fantastic writer; I think the first thing of yours I read was 'The Perfect Trap', which was really, really awesome. The end had me cackling; I loved the characterizations and dialogue and whole premise. :) Your other stuff is just as great and enjoyable to read time and time again. <3
