A company where service is still in 'Customer Service'
Last week we went to Home Depot to get a shelving system for the kitchen. Alex knew exactly which one he wanted, but when we got there they only had the 4 shelf ones in stock and the display model of the 5 shelf unit. I tracked down a sales guy and after checking to see if there were any in back he told us we could take the display shelf. Ok cool,
