Last week we went to Home Depot to get a shelving system for the kitchen. Alex knew exactly which one he wanted, but when we got there they only had the 4 shelf ones in stock and the display model of the 5 shelf unit. I tracked down a sales guy and after checking to see if there were any in back he told us we could take the display shelf. Ok cool, but when we get it home we realized one of the four clips to hold one of the shelves in place is missing. So, I look up the manufacturer online and emailed them asking if they could send me the missing piece. Well, today I got it in the mail.
So, Maxtrend, I commend you on excellent customer service!
