So there's some funky crap going on with Facebook and Twitter and LJ being all networked together or something. I don't really know because I don't use this much except to mostly keep up with other people with the occasional 'hey still alive' blurp

Eh. I use it to keep in touch with my family and friends, mostly, since I'm away from them now. I don't just friend anyone at random and the only game I play on it is Bejeweled, on occasion. I don't understand how someone could play Farmville or whatever for a kerbillion hours at a clip, but whatever.

I guess I don't understand all this OMG PRIVACY stuff besides as precedent-setting. Whatever happened to 'if you don't want someone to know about it, don't put it out in public'?

Y'know, you're the third person on my friends list that has said the same thing about cross-posting, to which I finally turned to Terry and asked 'what the hell is this about cross-posting?' and he showed me the option in the reply.
