Chocolate Guinness Cake
1/4 cup cocoa powder (to dust the baking pans)
2 sticks (1 cup) butter
1 cup Guinness
2/3 cup Dutch process dark cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups unbleached flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, sifted
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
