i need this neurosis. today i am seriously craving something horrifyingly unhealthy. i don't even care what it is. i thought working out was supposed to make you want to eat well? i'm all like BROWNIES NOM NOM.

haha really?

i totally do not eat shitty food when i'm working out. working out keeps my ass in check!

i did have some bad stuff at lunch today, but it wasn't a "bad lunch," thankfully.
