. . . Well.
The solution would be to pull the goat over to you with gravity.
Though you would not wish to pull too hard, or else you might slam the goat's head into your stomach and knock yourself backwards.
If the goat attacks you, you could tensei it, though doing so might send the goat flying through the air.
I would assist you sometime, perhaps.

[Kisame boggles a little at the post, not sure what to say; he hadn't realized that this had actually ended up on the Hitomi until Pain had responded, and he's currently got his hands full rowing a boat full of livestock and his housemates back to Kirigakure, with the Hitomi resting in his lap.]
Leader-sama, I don't.... actually know how to manipulate gravity or tensei things. I mean, I'd be glad to use it if you were able to teach me how, of course. And we'd certainly be happy for the help, if you did decide to join us sometime.

Yes, I suppose I could assist you with your goats.
I lived among animal herders and farmers when I was working for Yahiko's organization.
I was sleeping with Konan in a barn one night when a cow which was apparently pregnant saw fit to give birth on me. To find myself covered with noisy, wet cow offspring was certainly unpleasant.
But I did see something of the processes of tending to animals in those times. I cannot promise anything.
Yahiko was more suited than I was, in actuality.
Nevertheless, I will try.
