I was there. And yeah space? what space? Well there was space around the morning but in the afternoon when the crowd started to pick up... the space disappeared.

As usual, there is crowding in Mega-situated cons. I am SO glad I didn't go to this one.

Nice to see you throw up a review as well. I know I take a lot of flak in my reviews but thats how I critic. If no one becomes the bad guy then they won't change. I was really hoping they'd improve but it was pretty much the same.

As for Pinoy-N, the Filipino Nintendo Gaming community, I'm not sure why there weren't there. I can probably contact one of their admins and ask why.

Wonder what they will bring us next year? If two consecutive critic reviews don't get their attention, I don't know what will.

Hmmm... I'm searching the Pinoy-N forums of any mention of their plans to go to the Anicon but found none except a few members asking if they were going to attend.

I asked Chichiri about the con and he said their bosses decided to back out because of some "UNRESOLVED" issues.

Allo. While I can't recall off the bat what I mentioned to airamaicila (yay go forgetful old mind) that made me say that, I can say that since LU Live is happening on the 18th-19th, we probably wouldn't have much time to coordinate with the convention organizers about this, especially since we also had the Road to Live ground event last Saturday (woot).

So, tl;dr, too little time to coordinate for major event makes for no presence. As far as I can recall, in any case. :D

A touch late, but I asked around, and I'm given to understand that part of the reason why LU wasn't there was that we never got any sponsorship letter from the organizers early enough; in fact, the 20 Php Load Card thing didn't come from us.

So yun. /shrug
