I dug up some information why Level Up was a no show during the last Anicon.  As some might have read on my previous LJ entry comments, Level Up backed out because of some "unresolved" issues.  Level Up's official statement was that they were busy with the Road to LU Live on the saturday prior to AniCon.  They also said that because they had to ( Read more... )

So the other day, I finally got to buy a copy of the new issue of Playground. I love this mag. For 95 pesos I get a really thick magazine, twice or thrice of GAME! Mag and they're cross platform, so they feature video games from any platform, even from my beloved PC that ( Read more... )

Last Sunday, I went to the GX-Con, the first console gaming convention in the country.  The event was organized by GamEX Magazine, from what I gathered is a console gaming magazine.  They were to have game demos for the next generation consoles like Nintendo Wii, Microsoft XBOX 360, and Sony Playstation3.  They also advertised a gaming tournament ( Read more... )
