I’ve spent the past few days settling into my new flat. This involves constant walks into town to spend money. I’m splurging unwillingly - the baggage fee at the airport, the taxi fare, food, bedding, internet (£150 upfront for the year), and on Monday I’ll be handing over £180 for my course. I've found a few Sky channels, and Comedy Central, but they disappear. Sometimes Channel 4 doesn't even appear.
