My dear, I wish I could give you a big hug in person. Having to feel like you're one gender or another is a ridiculous feeling, particularly when your head just can't seem to decide for more than a few years at a time what to settle for. As hard as it is to know, I think that your talent will shine through regardless of what you look like or how you present yourself. When I met you, you struck me as incredibly professional looking and responsible.
Have you considered making a list of things to do and dividing it up into small chunks so you can approach it?
