Early this morning, mom started retaining fluid and spiked a fever and was unable to go to the bathroom, so we made a call to the family doctor and gave him an hour to call back before we took mom into the hospital.  We assumed that it was a urinary tract infection that still hadn't cleared up, hence the fluid retained and the pain in the kidneys ( Read more... )
