[Perry tends to like to listen to what's going on over the telephone, as a good spy should. I mean, who knows when evil scientists could take over the phone lines?
So, he notices the surprisingly large amount of...strange voices. Why's everyone on the phone at the same time? And so, instead of remaining quiet like usual, he speaks up.] -

You may see him, hammer in hand, trying to make his doghouse more...well, it needed something. So, he's providing the something. It's kind of turned into a very large, elaborate house with several stories. Or at least, that's where it's headed.
