And mirrors, somewhere in it. That was the irritating part. They'd all been too damned focused on everything else. It'd serve them right if it turned out to have been important. For not asking her opinion on the damned mirror magic. But no, they'd had to be blind fools about it.
The fact that no one could have known that she knew about the perils of mirror magic didn't stop her. Even after this long she hadn't quite gotten used to the idea that no one here seemed to understand what a witch was and that was most likely the reason that had driven her out to the place she'd arrived. He then blinked at the person approaching. It actually looked a bit like Headmaster McGonagall from here.

The light did catch the attention of the cat draped across her shoulders, however, and she turned her head in Draco's direction as well, eyes gleaming in the darkness.

As he walked past Millennium Park, he eased the duffel bag from his shoulder and kept it in easy reach. He remembered the vampires all too well, and as far as he could tell there was not going to be any helpful dragon's fire from above to take care of anything should he run into a trap.

Yes, Draco was something of a hypocrite, though he never claimed to be an enthusiastic follower of the Dark Lord, especially once he realized how over his head he was.
He needed more light, why was it so blasted dark around here? He couldn't even see the stars from all the cloud cover. There was then a flash of lightning in the distance, and the other figure became a little more clear. Human clearly, though whether they were a wizard or a stupid muggle remained to be seen.

"Draco," he replied simply even as he wondered what kind of place would call themselves Solaria? It sounded more like a spell than a place to live!

"Oi..." she called out, seeing the person with the wand. Someone from back home, perhaps?

"Hullo? Who's there?"

"Hullo Nymphadora. Rather surprised to see you here." While the battle was over back home, he was yet unaware of her fate.
