Fred had been keeping an eye on the mirror bean - the Cloud Gate, they called it? - just in case George showed up at some point. He wanted to be the first to know if he did, so every other day since he'd come here, he would go on a walk and have a look.

On one such walk, he noticed someone there. Oh, he'd seen one or two people there before, but none with red hair, so they didn't matter. This one stuck out, however, as hot pink always did. And there was only one person he knew with hot pink hair. A grin quickly replaced the bored look on his face.

"Tonks!"

Tonks hissed a little and remembered the spell to wrap the wound in bandages. That would do for now. She stood slowly and turned as she heard a familiar voice. She grinned as she saw familiar red hair... Weasley. "Wotcher!" she replied, raising her hand a little in a small wave.

She headed towards him, glad that at least there was a familiar face in this strange place.

"You just arrived, eh?" Fred asked, leaning closer to get a better look at her arm. "What happened there? Death Eaters get you?"

"What the hell is going on, anyways?" Tonks murmured, after he asked if she just arrived. That was, really, a strange way of putting it. She blushed a little, not too keen on assuring him she hadn't been attacked by Death Eaters... that the wound was just her own klutziness.

"Ah... Not really... Made the mistake of trying to Apparate to the Ministry as soon as I showed up here... Splinched myself a bit."
