Did they consider some annoying people might not even live in the U.S.? So it would be pointless to persue them, no? :-p

Ok, help me out with this one.

If I post an annoying or antagonistic remark without disclosing my true identity, how do they plan on charging me with a crime, if they... don't know who I am?

Really, I'd like to know the answer to this.
