*flails* This was hilarious and snarky and... wonderful Buffy voice. Oh man. I really felt like I was in a recognizably Buffy-head, and that answering machine message... perfect.

Spike's voice was great, too. That bit about Ben being her type was perfection.

Ok, this is really the last S_S I get to read before I get mine finished. Other than being dauntingly excellent, it's a good choice. Yay!

Aww, you just made me feel so good! The bit about Ben being her type has been sitting on my computer for four years, waiting for me to come up with the rest of the story (besides "fake note that gets Ben killed"). I'm glad you like how it turned out.
