Some of my friends have expressed interest in some of the skills lists I've been given, so I typed up the stuff on my crisis survival skills pages. ACCEPTS, IMPROVE and SELF-SOOTHE.

My old psychologist used to get me to engage in opposite emotions too. She used to get me to listen to happy music when I was feeling sad etc.
