So, when you announced that you were going to hold an art drawing, I was home and slightly feverish with what turned out to be a sinus infection. No, really, it makes much more sense considering mental impairment. Anyhow, I decided it might be fun to make a traditional Chinese seal that said Cryptozoology, or, more to the point 神秘動物學 (shen1 bi4 dong4 wu4 xue2 - I think, a couple of those characters have alternate pronunciations, and while yeah, I read and write Chinese, this is a not a term that is part of my usual vocabulary.*) Of course, I haven't made a five character seal before, so I figured I'd go with a fairly general layout, so I put it into seal script, messed around and got something like this:
What I think an Aeslin artifact might look like. I've took this a while ago and I've had the mousie forever (It was carved by my grandfather). It just whispers "Incryptid" to me...
Am I disqualified if you've seen it already? I knitted an Aeslin mouse cheering squad for a friend, and then we got kind of crazy with a photo shoot in my mom's old dollhouse... (Sadly, the Barbie mansion was sold long ago.)

My daughter, Cora, decided to dress as Verity for Halloween in 2012. While very few people got it, those who did were HIGHLY amused :-). And yes, she can dance in those shoes. We decided hair color was inconsequential, since Verity wears wigs as Valerie!
