...I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'd promise never to do it again, but let's face it, you're going to be hearing this joke a lot over the next several months, frequently from me. So, uh, look, a punny bunny! Anyway:

I fell in love with Verity in the first couple of pages of "Discount Armageddon" and have read both that and "Midnight Blue-Light Special" several times already ... and I am impatiently awaiting Alex's first book. I haven't yet forced anyone to buy your books, but it is close :) If I have to in order to keep you writing them, I will.

I'm going to need more shelf space, aren't I? AKA, "Yay, more Incryptid!"

I keep lending out Discount Armageddon, like crack. "here, you haven't read any Seanan? So, ah...ridiculous talking mice that are actually heartbreaking. Seriously. READ THIS BOOK."

(Oh, and I had a great Feed compliment for you: I lent it out to a friend of a friend, and got a text two days later: "you made (name) cry". She'd already finished it.)

This is pretty much how I got my sister hooked. "Next time you have had a hard day, and really need to chill and read something excellent and laugh until your abs ache* read this book!" I think she was reading it before the end of the day. And after that, everything else.

* Context: my sister is a professional aerialist, so that's a lot of laughing.

Oh shit, I forgot to bring my FEED to lend my co-worker today. I'd meant to do that.

I'm not sure whether to pitch him FEED or Parasite first, actually...

I'd go with Feed because then when that gets devoured in short order, at least the next book is already available!

Awesome! In that case - do you have any food allergies/would you object to being given some really good homemade pumpkin bread? ^_^

Definitely looking forward to this. :)

By the bye, are you aware of/have you read Keith R.A. DeCandido's Ragnarok 'n' Roll? I think you'd like it a lot.
