Why you ask?
As most of you know, I do individual and group therapy, and one of the ( Read more... )

I don't know you ... at all. But I am so, so bored at work (and 3 hours to go ... I feel like it might as well be 20), that I am reading my friendsfriends page on LiveJournal, and I just had to comment to offer up one of my all-time faves that has been so helpful to me, and kind of life therapy -- Carrie Underwood, Lessons Learned.

Anyway, that being said:

a) I think this is a fabulous idea you have and I wish my therapist had done something similar.
b) Sorry for hijacking your lj!

:-)
Thanks for commenting and sharing--- I dont post often, and im quite the lurker elsewhere, so its kinda nice to get someone news pov

That's really awesome. It's always good to see different ideas being brought into therapy. I've seen various therapists in my life and the ones that thought outside the box were always the most useful to me. It's certainly something I hope to do one day ... in the far future, after I've done grad school and all of that good stuff. Which of course comes after I have money, and it just sounds like a big cyclic pain, really!

In any case, you're quite welcome -- I tend to lurk too (or lurk, and then go on random commenting sprees) but today I was completely out of things to read and decided to check out my friendsfriends list, and it's always nice to see what other fandom folks are doing both in and out of the fandom.

(And 2x20 *SOB*)

I'll email you some stuff. Right now it's too early and the brain hasn't started yet. Good to see you last night. And always know that when there is something going on here that you are invited. Just jump in the car with your sister.
