Music as Therapy...
Hey flist- so, I have an assignment for you....
Name five (or more or less) songs in which the lyrics have significance...
it doesnt have to be just to your life, it can just be songs that have lyrics that you think should or do mean something to lots of people...
Why you ask?
As most of you know, I do individual and group therapy, and one of the groups that I run is Music As Therapy, where we I print out lyrics to a song that my clients bring in, we listen to the song and then pull the song apart talking about the significance of it to their lives and you know... deep meaning and feelings and shit...
Lately my clients have been slacking in bringing in music, so Id like to have a bunch of backups... Like, I did Affirmations, How to Save A Life... you know-stuff thats like... important.
So, help me out so I can build a library for my clients and you know--- this will help people.
