I've locked myself out of our main back account. In order to reset my password, the site asks me to enter my account number or credit card number. I don't know the first, since we are paperless and ERC gets those emails, and I've cut up the second. So it asks me for my social, which I input. I would suggest calling the helpline and saying "Representative" until you get a real person on the phone. Then they can grill you with lots of stupid questions, but they'll be able to pull up your account info and fix the problem. Bleh-- I'm sorry, though. What a hassle.
