2010 has so far been a gigantic fist to the gut, in both good and bad ways. So, my last remaining grandmother passed away, my boss left the company, ERC's bosses left their positions, we got the bacon of the month club, and I just ran a half-marathon. I've locked myself out of our main back account. In order to reset my password, the site asks me to enter my account number or credit card number. I don't know the first, since we are paperless and ERC gets those emails, and I've cut up the second. So it asks me for my social, which I input. Despite our bad Dilbert-esque reputation, I don't think there is a manager alive who enjoys giving bad news to employees.
