My neighbor just brought over a bag of veggies (part of a gift from Filipino friends) and in it was a bitter melon. book trailers...what do you think?
Mostly, with a few exceptions, I think, yawn. And there has to be a good book behind the curtain. Here's one I liked, and I really liked the book. Room, by Irish writer Emma Donoghue. The book is also on the short list for the Man Booker Prize. Here's a link to the trailer and to an interview.
