From my experience, setting up completely different worldstates (and then creating a completely different Inquisitor than my previous one) is a good way to justify starting a new game. It's surprising just how new things can feel when the history of the world is different.
I'm totally going to do that! I ended up having Alistair be the Warden that we ran into on the Adamant mission and I squealed endlessly about that but that was actually accidental, because my Warden from DA:O died and Alistair got all depressed and sad, so I don't think I should've seen him at all. Plus I've got some other changes I can make, too. I just have to figure out how to export my current world state so all the decisions I made in DA:I get saved, and then I can import the new world state. It's not super clear on the PS4, but I'll figure it out.
For the record, if you decide to have Alistair as a Warden again in the future? I highly recommend creating a worldstate where he did the ritual with Morrigan and making certain to go to the Winter Palace before Adamant. If you do, he and Morrigan (and Morrigan's child) will be at Skyhold at the same time, and it's kind of adorable seeing him meet his son.
Sense8!! It is the best, I've seen it through 3 times and each time I see something new I didn't catch before. I got my husband to watch it and at first he wasn't excited but by the end he was hooked.
Lito and Hernando are sooooooo cute together.
