Guess what I'm doing tonight! Going to see Colin Meloy in concert. Woooooooo! Which is why I chose to do today's vidlet today, otherwise it would have been the perfect way to end the IJVP. Today's vidlet was suggested by

And the masks that broke up the compositions into different windows--really enjoyed them. They worked wonderfully with this ep and it's widescreen composition. I'd been toying with the idea of something similar for another vid, but it's all the full screen stuff and then all you have left is like eyeballs and chins. ;D I really really liked seeing two scenes together, and the break up of the mustard-shot added a lot of punch. :)
I also love your summation of the vid in your comments. It's perfect.

I know! It made me so sad for poor Buffy to realize how crappy her life was in Season 6.
I'm glad the different window compositions worked; I'm fond of them myself but you're right that it helps that they're widescreen, I think. And I hadn't even realized that, so thank you for pointing it out. :)

The 3-in-1 dry clean shot was very cool, I loved the smoke and fire, and I adored how you cut the Willow/Tara close and the Xander/Anya far for the split screen - and the close up one is wider! I also liked the page flip at the end.
I agree with you on the Anya cut, but I had no problems with ghost!Buffy - I thought it looked fine. The credits were good too - it felt counter-intuitive, which went nicely with the vidlet's premise.
