Well, I've come to the conclusion, that above all, I need to take a long break off the computer. At least a week. My shoulders and back are NOT better. I can go a few days they feel better, then just 30 minutes here, and boom. I'm hurting like no one's business

It seems to me that you often need to "take a break" from computers because of physical problems. Perhaps it is time to take a serious look at your computer use habits in relation to frequency, duration and physicality. Unfortunately, I have to spend an extremely high number of hours in front of my computer so I know how hard it can be. Care for yourself.
