Grrr...I've been trying to do an update for over 2 weeks now, but every-time I sort of abandon it, or something happens. Lets try this again. I'll will only make highlights instead of details. Later maybe i can delve deeper.

Well, I've come to the conclusion, that above all, I need to take a long break off the computer. At least a week. My shoulders and back are NOT better. I can go a few days they feel better, then just 30 minutes here, and boom. I'm hurting like no one's business ( Read more... )
