You saved her life - all of you did. However Doctor House was correct in saying that she does need to recover. Two broken limbs, the bleeding stopped, and several fractures; these things are going to take time to heal by human standanrds.

(Yuuko would make him do some weird kind of something so he doesn't infect the place with emo.)

We're not actually completely human compared to Earth standards...but yes...it would take time...
