You saved her life - all of you did. However Doctor House was correct in saying that she does need to recover. Two broken limbs, the bleeding stopped, and several fractures; these things are going to take time to heal by human standanrds.

(Yuuko would make him do some weird kind of something so he doesn't infect the place with emo.)

You could have known that spell and she still would have died from the internal bleeding. THose spells might work at your home world, but in this world they do not work as well. Because it works on different rules... the Doctor would be able to explain it better.
