So we had our big donor banquet last night. Good times. Everything went well, despite the "crisis". Got to hang out with some pretty cool people, too. Did I ever mention I love alumni? What a weekend. Friday I went to take my friend Johnna her wedding present (stupid school made me miss her wedding!) and we ended up talking for FOREVER! I think I made a big mistake...

So. We're still undefeated. But just barely. SO many injuries. And of very important people. (DJ SHOCKLEY!!!) If those kids don't get back by next week, I don't know what's going to happen. Joe is a good kid, but he's no DJ. Plus all our other starters out too??? So, yeah, we won, but I can't say I'm too happy with the way things are looking...

Well. The fireworks were fun last night! I actually made funnel cakes. I'd never even seen a funnel cake up close before and now I'm a master funnel cake maker! (lol yeah right) Justin was a hoot and a half as auctioneer for our picnic baskets. At last count I heard we raised somewhere around $700!! I think that's awesome!
