Just a wrong commercial

I heard a very seriously wrong capital federal commercial. It was about a lady at a store who was asked by the cashier to pay using paper or plastic. The cashier wanted to lady to pay with plastic because if she was paid with money, she'd have to get her manager because she couldn't count back change because she wasn't that good with counting.
