Fall theme

Fall's here. And like everyone, it made me feel the need to do some redecorating of my journal. Hence the fall theme. All snapshots used are from the most recent holiday...

*giggle* I've redecorated my journal for Halloween.

You've used some lovely pictures! I especially like the look of the one in the upper left corner, with all the bright red leaves. Gorgeous.

Thanks! Yes, that tree was so incredibly brightly colored, it begged for a photo. Such colors are rare in Europe, and much more common in the US and Canada. Of course, having a bright blue sky in the background added another dash of color, making it all even more un-ignorable.

I hope to put the "real" photo(s) up on the web in the near future...

It is, isn't it? But it's true. TDGD was never afraid to publish criticisms. And I suspect it has much more impact coming from a fan medium than from any other media. At least we know what we're talking about, unlike most journalists...

I'll never forget the interviews we did, and how Simon was very obviously reluctant at first (probably worrying that we'd want to know about his favorite color underwear or some such nonsense) but did a complete 180 when we started discussing his lyrics instead. A very special experience and a memory dear to my heart.
