Okay, now I need one of those cookies. I am such a sucker for the protagonist making his presence felt even after death, continuing to go around saving people without ever getting the full appreciation they deserve. (You mentioned Madoka, and pretty much the same thing happens there, too!)
Also, Roche so does not fit behind that desk. Does he need to wear armour to do paperwork? Well, perhaps it's his most difficult battle...
Sorry, all of the cookies were stolen by a mysterious invisible force that struck while I was watching that little flashback in Raynie's ending. It also drank most of my emergency tea. And yes, I know it does- hence why I cried like an idiot over the last episode, 'cause I'm apparently a sucker for "the necessity of a sacrifice is bad, but the sacrifice itself can still be noble and accomplish big things" stuff.
He really doesn't. Best in-story explanation I can think of is that maybe some of his armor is attached to/supporting his Gauntlet or something, but they almost certainly weren't thinking about that and just didn't want to make another sprite.
I choose to believe that that armor has a built in air conditioning system, padding, deodorizing cartridges, and is actually extremely comfortable. I like to think Rosch actually sleeps in it most nights.
