I've been bad at updating. I'm doing well. Most of my time is spent either walking around or doing exercises. I'm trying to get my strength back. It's not easy. I think I did too much exercising the other day because now my right shoulder is sore. It feels like I strained it a bit. It's not much pain, just enough to be annoying ( Read more... )

Also you will have to be careful about the fruit you eat. some fruits are full of hidden sugars while others are lower in natural sugars: https://www.sharecare.com/health/diet-nutrition/slideshow/fruits-actually-hidden-sugar-bombs#slide-1

Fresh pineapple is good in moderation and is full of potassium and magnesium as well. Do you have a Sam's Club membership? They have some good deals on fresh fruits.

Thanks! I'm trying to research everything I eat, but it's difficult. I was used to watching what I eat because of allergies and my kidney stones. I was already eating low fat and staying away from bad fat (difficult because of my soybean allergy). Now I have to watch sugar too.
