I've been bad at updating. I'm doing well. Most of my time is spent either walking around or doing exercises. I'm trying to get my strength back. It's not easy. I think I did too much exercising the other day because now my right shoulder is sore. It feels like I strained it a bit. It's not much pain, just enough to be annoying

Fresh pineapple is good in moderation and is full of potassium and magnesium as well. Do you have a Sam's Club membership? They have some good deals on fresh fruits.
