Okay, I couldn't help thinking of Ronon "interrogating" Kavanaugh in "Critical Mass". Or Vin, "interrogating" the baddie hanging upside down from a tree in "Witness." LOL!

Yeah, those scruffy, dangerous men are dangerous to me!

I'm tellin' you, there is nothing like a scruffy man with a raspy voice threatening mayhem to make my wheels spin. It's like chocolate.

*shivers* This is delicious, simply delicious. Well written, beautifully characterized.... A masterpiece of Angry!Hurt!Eliot.

Aw, thank you so much! I'm delighted you liked it so. I just *adore* the idea of angry!hurt!Eliot (or, okay, just, y'know, Eliot, period), and I would imagine it would be about the most terrifying sight there is.

Thanks for reading!

Parker is bird-like, isn't she? Good comparison!

Thank you. Parker is *very* bird-like, the way she just soars fearlessly through the air, and with her quick movements. I just love her.

I loved the chess reference and the idea that Sophie is the team's queen. Nice job.

Thank you. I love the idea that Eliot plays chess (there is a mind under the pretty!), and I think he would see her as their queen. The queen in chess is very powerful, and Sophie is that -- beautiful, brilliant, strong. And I think as much as Eliot "plays" with the other two "kids," squabbling and such, he and Sophie have a much more grown-up relationship. Even if they don't always agree, there's an undercurrent of mutual respect that I love.

Thanks for reading!
