I had an excellent weekend - not_the_whip came to town for Athfest and we saw lots of shows and played Munchkin and ate too much and drank too much but not too too much, which is really just the right amount, and yes. Eek, long sentence! Anyway, we pretty much followed my planned Athfest schedule, except on Saturday we skipped everything before The Green

I love Maddie too! Things seem to be going better for her so far in this universe. She's with Havok, which is something I would not personally consider awesome, but it seems to make her happy. And she has wicked strong telepathic and telekinetic powers without being evil.

Of course she's starting to have Goblin Queen troubles so things are going downhill, as is considered necessary in Marvel U. But I'm okay with that, 'cause she's pretty hot when she has Goblin Queen troubles. And I'm shallow like that.

Oh Mutant X! I read it in the comics shop, back when I lived near a comics shop, and, as I remember, only about the first 8 issues were comprehensible...but I did like Warren.

*sigh* I suppose something this crack-tastic can only work for so long. I am interested to see what they pull out as this goes on.

Warren is sort of awesome - it's like "Wait, you thought Archangel was angsty? No, no, no, we'll show you angsty."
