Mixed feelings about this one. I know what you mean about all the others who made the ultimate sacrifice. I think it's more an indictment on the awarding committee as it belittles somewhat everything they did.

At least she acknowledged that she was a small part in the long history of Torchwood. MY unflattering thought was ... Gwen and the cockroaches ... surviving the apocalypses.
