OKAY! Now that we've got the big decision all made and such, the question is, how do you guys want to go about this? And so we have... another poll.

Even though I'm still seriously debating things, I think that switching over and putting everything else on hold is the best idea. Yeah, some threads/logs will be dropped, but I think it'll be a much better idea in the long run. Continuing on with older stuff here on lj, especially for those with lots of stuff going on, will - in my opinion - hurt the game more than just switching over.

That said! People could always repost their current logs. They could c/p their comments and stuff and just keep it going there instead of dropping it, if they wanted.

I feel like we should not close down any threads that are happening on lj. It might be hard for some people to have to put a pause on what they're doing now and try to jumpstart things on a new sight. I feel like a lot of people are really ready to move, myself included, but it would cause some confusion given the threads that are still happening. I also feel like tagging has decreased a lot on the posts on lj due to the fact that just looking at lj gives a lot of people a headache, so I don't think it will be too much of a drain on starting up new things, to allow the old things to still be tagged.

But I'll go with the flow either way!

I'm still cool either way - I have a couple logs I don't want to drop, but I could totally continue those somewhere else if need be. Once I can brain things today I may plurk re: that.

That being said I may put most of my stuff on hold ESP IF YOU ARE COOL WITH BACKTAGS. Not all, but just most.
