[Oh, look, it's a Johan wheeling a bicycle. On his shoulder is Ruby, her tail curled around his neck. She's, um, clinging.] Hey. [He takes a heavy chain and padlock and winds them through the bike's posts and gears, chaining it securely to a lightpost.]

[Blink! Her eyes widen and she's grinning NO WAY! You have bikes here? Aaaaaand after a moment she closes her mouth.]

Wow. I mean ...hey. You have bikes here. [Hello? Lived on a Hellmouth.] I...I should really stop being so easily surprised.

Hi Ruby.

[Head tilted and stepping toward Johan.] Absolutely. [softly, to herself] I ...still can't believe they have milkshakes here.

Is it far? You know, to the milkshake-having place? D-did you bring your um...duel deck?

[Not a bike she's probably familiar with, though, unless she's from the 1880s. Yeah. It took me awhile to find it, though.

Not very. About a quarter of a mile or so. [He smiles.] And I've always got my deck.

[She offers a slightly sheepish grin, and falls into step beside Johan.]
