[Little does his dutiful butler know, Ciel has more in mind for this meeting than to be educated. He has heard rumors of the Twins, and though there is not a particular motive behind learning about them, he is curious nonetheless. The Earl tugs his coat around him with a hand as he gazes up at the clinic, brow furrowed slightly.]

Well, then.

[And without another word he raps on the door. For some reason, as he does so, he's strangely aware of the ring between his thumb and the wood of the door.]

[The door opens and a young, pretty, Anatolian face looks out.

She seems very shy; by and large, rising to the task of door warden, but it's understandable she'd revert at the sight of Ciel and Sebastian.]

Y-yes?

[Sebastian is right at Ciel's heels, smiling politely at the girl.]

Good afternoon. Earl Phantomhive is here to see Mr. Lupin. Is he in?

[Ciel observes the scene before him, allowing Sebastian to speak in his stead. He's never met Lupin, but the man did seem to know a lot. He was more interested in the information about the city, rather than the tutoring, but... well. Whatever came first.]
