What: Genesis is a sneaky bastard asked Sephiroth out to the carnival, too, right?
Warnings: Possible angst, and prolly a hell lot of tension

[He could feel it-- that sensation anyone would feel when they suspect someone was watching them. Genesis turns his head lightly and his flame-blue eyes meet the strange cat-slit pupil eyes of his friend and rival, his once idol and once nemesis.

A smile.

The smile he flashes him is a Cheshire Cat smile, a riddling smile-- come after me, it must be saying. And he turns his head back to the play, almost disappearing into the little crowd once more. For a moment, he is reminded once again of his failure to sway Sephiroth to his side, to earn his compassion for his cause. No. It shouldn't happen again. He'll make sure things would be better for them here. After all, there wasn't any ShinRa to deal with.

He waits inside the crowd for Sephiroth's reaction. His lean, tall fencer's physique and the bright, fiery red of his hair the only things that make him stand out in Sephiroth's vision. Would he come closer?]

[Genesis turns his head to look at Sephiroth and huffs, smiling with some amusement. Looks like his teasing didn't lure him in at all. Very well then. Sephiroth kept his end of the deal, anyway. Might as well not test his patience. He moves out of the crowd and towards Sephiroth, looking like the aristocrat he was born as in his Anatolian finery.]

I'm glad you did come, Sephiroth. But I see you didn't really come to see the play.
