[Gotta stop doing that. It's the good mood. It makes the brain to mouth filter just kinda ...not happen.]
---Byakuya shows. But I don't think he will. [Aside from being "allergic to sugar", she is suspecting that he's also allergic to fun.]
Trebont? [Laugh!] He's awesome! I mean, that's awesome! It's good to meet you, Yachiru Kusajishi, I'm Dawn!
[She holds out her hand but belatedly realizes that Yachiru's are full of muffins.]

Noo, Byakushi probably won't come here. He never does the fun stuff unless Gramps tells him to.
[She smiles at Dawn's extended hand and relieves her own right hand of the muffin it holds by shoving it in her mouth. Her little hand's a bit sticky, but she offers it all the same.]

Who's Gramps? And seriously, who doesn't have time for fun, even a little? [Suddenly remembering the story that Kaien told Priscilla.] Is it true there's a Mrs. Bananapants?
[Sticky hands are just fine! Better than sticky fingers, right Dawn? e.e She'll take her hand and give it a little shake. She bounces on her feet a little. Flaily hands.]

[She scowls a little, but Dawn's nickname for Byakuya softens it enough so that it only lasts while she's talking about Hisana.]
Yeah. I don't like her. Even though she looks just like Ruki-chan.
[Sugar gets the better of the little pink one, too.]

[She's bouncing, too, only all the way up off the ground and high enough almost to look Dawn in the eyes.]

[That's a pretty srs bzns scowl she's got there. For a moment, Dawn presses her lips together like a derp.] Who's Ruki-chan?
[Laugh! Oh holy crap high bouncing!]

Ruki-chan is Byakushi's little sister. She's here now, too! I like her waaay better. [Than Hisana, that is, though Yachiru hasn't really decided what to call the woman yet.]

[She giggles like a maniac.]

[Bwuh!?] I didn't know he had a sister. Maybe that's who he was talking about when we were ...when a bunch of us became little again? He thought someone was playing a trick. I remember it was a girl. And he was so mad. [But she laughs.]
...Ruki-chan's nice?
You are? [Pause.] Of course you are, you fight and everything! I can't jump that high. I ...don't think? But I can climb a building pretty good. [whispering] I dodged some crossbow bolts!

[She frowns slightly. She had not enjoyed the time when all the adults turned into little kids.]
No, don't think so. He's only known Ruki-chan since he was already grown-up. But Ruki-chan's nice! She likes bunnies!
[She nods and smiles proudly.]
I do fight and I'm really good at it! Climbing buildings is fun! Can you fight, too?

And it is fun! I was scared the first time, and Jason made it look easy, but it was fun and not scary like I thought! [Nodding emphatically.] Uh-huh. They wouldn't really let me, back home. And a lot of people offered to train me here. Spike's been helping me, but he's totally holding back. [Frown.] And Al's been helping too - he's a really good fighter even when you take out all of the alchemy stuff!
[Little laugh. Hello there, inopportune blush.]
Trevor's gonna teach me to use a sword.

[She claps excitedly.]
