It feels like that storm moved in fast - though I suppose the first storm of the year always does. The city looks...very different in the snow. Brighter. Quieter. And colder, too, though that goes without saying. It makes everything seem so pristine - though I know that'll be gone in a day or two.

How exactly does one go about acquiring property in this city?

I have...something of an idea, perhaps.
