Um, is this thing on?

[The normal sounds that one associates with new arrivals can be heard on the network. The video flickers on, and for a while there's a flash of dazzling rainbow light. It certainly sounds like it! Don't think I've run into anyone matching those descriptions, although I reckon they'd be hard to miss. There's every possibility they aren't actually here.

Where is here, anyway? My first thought was 1907, but I ditched that theory on account of all the Scorched weirdness.
