It's beyond the city, in the mist, but that's not a place I'd advise going to. I haven't managed to get any type of layout yet, but if you plan on going.... [Because he knows that he won't be able to keep anyone from going if the want to.] don't go alone. Or at least go armed.

The Found Goods store might have some. Or any of the citizenry of the city. Considering current events, I would be surprised if weaponry isn't readily available.
