[Video turns on, and Aizen is comfortably seated in a white chair - relatively minimal, though comfortable. From where the Forge has been propped up, the edge of his teacup is also visible, as is the edge of his glass chess set.]

[He tips his head slightly in greeting. It definitely cannot be mistaken for a bow.]

It's been some time since someone of interest arrived here from our world.

With some minor exceptions, of course.

[How typical. It's an unusual familiarity in a foreign place, one that both reassures and nearly sets him at unease. Nearly. By now he knows to expect the discrepancies of time. "When" isn't so important for the moment.]

[With that nod of acknowledgment, Ulquiorra easily falls into customary habit, echoing that nod with a deep one of his own. He bothers not with a complete bow since it seems impractical when you're speaking to someone in the palm of your hand.]
