In the last day or so, I've noticed more and more people coming into the clinic complaining of extreme fatigue. I'm beginning to think that something is going around.
[She sounds a bit weary herself... though whether she's sick herself, or she's simply been busier than normal and running herself ragged, is anyone's guess.]
If anyone is experiencing that, please contact me as soon as possible. It might not be anything, but I'd rather err on the side of caution. If it is something, I'd rather catch it quickly so it can be dealt with before it becomes a problem.

I know some people would rather pretend nothing's wrong with them, but let me be the judge of that.
